This is a common name for this piece of equipment used on roulette in offline casinos. 

Description

Dolly – a marker with which the dealer marks the winning number on the layout of the roulette table.

Dolly is traditionally used on American and European roulette. The French version can do without this element.

Dolly marker can be made of plastic, metal, bone and even wood. Its shape can be different. There are no strict canons. 

Elements of protection against fakes on Dolly usually do not provide, since sharps do not make sense to make fake markers of this type.
